We make all of our products in small batches, so the processing time is about a week. This will ensure you receive a super fresh candle and/or wax melts!

How long does shipping take?

We use USPS Priority Mail, so shipping only takes 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We only ship within the US but hope to expand soon!

Will I receive tracking information once my order ships?

Absolutely! The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

How strong are Golden Gal Candles?

We use the maximum amount of fragrance oil allowed in soy wax so they can be as strong as possible. We find that our 16 oz candles fill a room and even linger out into the next room. We recommend burning Golden Gal Candles in smaller to medium size rooms to get the most scent throw. 

How long do they last?

When burned correctly (emphasis on correctly) they will last up to 70-80 hours. You MUST KEEP THE WICK TRIMMED (can't stress that enough!) and only burn the  candle in 3-4 hour increments. It's really important to not let it burn for hours on end.
